With the next tutorials you will learn how to develop a webapp to communicate with Dialogflow and Tiledesk using Tiledesk External Chatbot APIs.

While Tiledesk already provides the easy-to-use , programmatic integration of Dialogflow (or other chatbot engines) offers many advantages in terms of flexibility and requirements customization.

In these tutorial sett we'll treat, beyond the understanding of the basic communication APIs, some advanced arguments:

NOTE: this tutorials use Dialogflow just as an example for a programmatic external chatbot integration. If you instead need to easily embed your Dialogflow Agent in your conversations, please use the Tiledesk , the out-of-the-box Dialogflow integration that doesn't require programming skills.
